Good News!

Well I am very happy today. I went and lifted weights last night and I weighed myself and I was at 252.6. So I lost 2.4 pounds this week! I weighed myself on Saturday and it was 154, so I was disappointed... but my hard work these last couple of days really paid off. I did like 10 minutes of cardio at the gym and I'm gonna take today off all the way and take on my week 3 running program tomorrow ( and kick it's butt!).
