"From Couch to 5K"

Thank you to the article @ http://www.coolrunning.com/engine/2/2_3/181.shtml I started my adventure to 5k today! Basically, the first week is jogging for 1 minute followed by walking for a minute and a half. You do this for 20 minutes which amounts to 8 cycles of walking/jogging. I totally didn't think I could do week 1, but I did. After about 15 minutes I knew I was done... but I was like, "one more" and did it and then I only had one left. I could never quit with just one left, so I did it. It was quite rough, but I'm very pleased to have done it! After some breakfast I went to the gym and did some squats and 15 more minutes on the elliptical machine. Rock on for me today!!! I'm eating well and everything is cool!!!
