a good week

well... I lost a couple of the pounds that I gained a couple of weeks ago. I'm pleased and working hard to break that darn 250 mark that I seem a bit stuck at! I'm down to 253.2 and I'm working for good news next week! I'm doing well on my couch to 5k program and did the week 3 plan twice now. I had such a hard time at first with it, I'm glad to finish it up this week and move on to week 4. That's gonna be tough, but I've made it this far!
